The site lets you ask us for a cash offer on a property you own. Asking is free and creates no obligation for you or for us

About our offers

• An offer is based on what you tell us and our own review. It is not an appraisal and it is not a promise of what your property is worth on the open market
• Offers from the bot, including any price you agree on in the chat, are made by software using our buying rules. Every one is subject to a review of comparable sales and an inspection of the property, because the bot can be wrong about a house it has never seen
• Nothing is binding until both sides sign a written purchase agreement. That agreement will spell out the price, the closing date, and any conditions
• You're free to turn down any offer, for any reason

Who we are, and who we aren't

We buy property for our own account. We are not your real estate agent or broker, and we don't represent you in a sale. You're welcome to talk to an agent, attorney, or anyone else you trust before accepting an offer
