This policy explains what Bot Buys Houses ("we") collects when you use this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we use your details to make you an offer on your house, and we don't sell your personal information

What we collect

• What you tell us in the offer form: the property address, details about the house, its condition, your timeline, and any price you have in mind
• Your name, phone number, and email address. We save these, with your address, as soon as you continue past the contact step, even if you don't finish the rest of the form, so a person can follow up
• Your chat with the bot, including any prices you mention
• Basic technical details: a scrambled (one-way hashed) version of your IP address so we can block spam, your browser type, the page you first landed on, and any campaign tags in the link you followed

How we use it

• To review your house, prepare an offer, and let the bot negotiate with you
• To contact you by phone, text, or email about your house and your offer
• To write the bot's replies. Your chat messages go to an AI service that drafts them, and aren't used to sell you anything else
• To keep the site safe from spam and abuse
• To understand which pages and campaigns help people find us

Calls and texts

When you continue past the contact step, you agree that we may call or text the number you gave us about your house, including with automated technology. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out. Message and data rates may apply. Agreeing to calls and texts is never a condition of selling to us

Sharing

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and our business, such as hosting, database, and messaging tools, and when the law requires it

Your browser

While you fill out the form, your answers about the house are saved in your own browser so a refresh doesn't erase them. Your name, phone, and email are kept only in that browser tab and are cleared when you close it. We don't use advertising cookies on this site today. If that changes, this policy will say so first

How long we keep it

We keep your information while we're talking about your house and for as long as we need it for our records afterward. You can ask us to delete it at any time

This site is for adults selling property. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18
